We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We do our best to satisfy our customers and ensure that your orders are delivered to you safely. All artwork is carefully packaged with care and love so your purchase should arrive to you in the same condition it was sent, however if you feel your purchase has been damaged in transit please photograph the damaged packaging and damaged product and contact us at christylouart@gmail.com as soon as possible. 

LOST ITEMS

Christy Lou will not be held responsible for items proven lost in transit, therefore we recommend choosing postage that includes tracking.

SHIPPING

Christy Lou Art currently only ships domestically within Australia.

After receiving your order, items will be shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders will be shipped to the address you submit when placing your order.

Greeting Cards can be shipped for $5.00 Australia wide, using Australia Post, standard postage (approx 2-10 days) or for $9.95 Australia wide, using Australia Post, Express Post (including tracking, approx 1-4 days). Free pickup is also available from Beaumaris, Victoria.

Children’s Story Books can be shipped for $5.00 Australia wide, using Australia Post, standard postage (approx 2-10 days) or for $9.95 Australia wide, using Australia Post, Express Post (including tracking, approx 1-4 days). Free pickup is also available from Beaumaris, Victoria.

Paintings can be shipped Australia wide using Australia Post or Pack & Send. Please contact christylouart@gmail.com for a quote on shipping. Free pickup is available from Beaumaris, Victoria and free local delivery is also available within 10kms of Beaumaris, Victoria.
